The goal of this project was to create an informative and promotional poster for the typeface Futura. I studied the letterforms, history, and uses of the typeface, then used the letterforms to create a dynamic design from my research. The typeface itself is designed to be versatile and geometric. I took the most geometric letterforms and arranged them in a geometric fashion which allowed me to focus on type, form, and composition.
